Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all between. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today had my parents not worked hard and make sacrifices. In order to give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status was not bringing me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time and energy for a paycheck but I knew that I had a destiny. When I began to navigate my way towards a new career path, I discovered that I was meant to work as personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved being around people and I loved helping people. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I started my own company. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. As a coach, I want to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to help others become more healthy and happy. My goal is to encourage others to chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wished for. As my professional career took the air, I lost my mother. It was the worst of everything. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Life's lessons often go unnoticed, but they can be very valuable. My loss has impacted my life in several ways. I truly believe that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now in my 30s is an experience of awe and vitality. It's like I am truly living, instead of just being. My experiences are shared with me so that I may share with you my experiences as well as my words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is vital and normal. The health of a person is the most important riches. You have only one life. I hope you live it to the fullest.
