Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is a reviewer who reviews Z-grade films usually within the horror or martial arts genre a roughly similar beat to The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and a morbid enjoyment of these films. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming well-known in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) Then she was asked to be part of the Channel Awesome team. She remained part of the site up until January 2015 in which the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that are about the Charmed series. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She's appeared in countless Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
